• Once contract is signed and initial deposit is made (see payment details below) you will receive an invitation from Wix to collaborate as a co-owner on the new website.

• Once you accept the invitation, the new site will be added to your Wix dashboard. ​

  • If you do not have a Wix account, you will be prompted to set up a free account. 

​

• Once you accept the invitation to collaborate on the site, we will instruct you on how to organize your photos, testimonials and content for the website. ​

​

• Once the photos, testimonials and content is received, we will create the initial version of your website's Home Page. 

​

• Once Home page is complete, we will send you a link to the page for you to review. 

  • UNLIMITED REVISIONS TO THE HOME PAGE ARE INCLUDED*

    • If minor changes are required, revisions can be communicated via email. 

    • If more than minor changes are required, a 60-minute Zoom session may be scheduled.

      • Unlimited email communication is included to discuss revisions of the HOME page. 

      • Up to two 60-minute Zoom sessions are included to discuss revisions to the HOME page.

      • ​If changes cannot be communicated and made within the unlimited email communications and/or two 60-minute Zoom sessions included, additional Zoom sessions may be requested by the client at a cost of $125 per session.

• Once all revisions to the Home page have been made and we have final approval from you (the client), we will continue to create the additional website pages. ​

• Once the additional pages are complete, we will send you a link to review. 

  • UNLIMITED REVISIONS TO ALL ADDITIONAL WEB PAGES ARE INCLUDED*​

    • If more than minor changes are required, a 60-minute Zoom session may be scheduled.

      • If changes cannot be communicated and made within the allotted, unlimited email communications and/or two 60-minute Zoom sessions, additional Zoom sessions may be scheduled at a cost of $125 a session.

• Once we have final approval on the website, we will edit the site for mobile view and optimize the pages for SEO.​

  • Cost includes SEO review of your current website and advice/guidance on choosing the best keywords as well as total SEO optimization on your new website. ​

• Once SEO and mobile optimization is done and we have final approval on the website, a 60-minute Zoom session will be scheduled to train client on how to use the Smart Portfolio, Smart Testimonials and how to make minor changes to the website on their own.

  • The client is responsible for connecting an existing domain name or purchasing a new domain name to the new site, however, Gina and Bridal Business Solutions will offer guidance and direction to the client on how to do this.

• Gina and Bridal Business Solutions shall make themselves available for questions and support with any issues regarding their website moving forward for a minimum of 3 months. Support will be limited to the products/services provided. Any customizations or changes to the website or issues past three months after completion of the project may incur an additional charge.

• Typical completion time of a website, once all materials required are received from the client, is 3-6 weeks. However, because this timeline is dependent on several factors including (but not limited to) the client's response time, this timeline cannot be guaranteed. We will, however, do whatever we can to ensure that the website is done in the most timely manner possible. Bridal Business Solutions also agrees to keep the client updated at all times regarding the progress of their project. The client will also be given a client page in which they can review the progress of their job at any time.

• The client is responsible for uploading all images and providing portfolio details, website copy and testimonials before start of the website can begin. Up to 12 portfolios and 12 testimonials will be added by Bridal Business Solutions.

*Unlimited revisions are included in the cost of the website with the exception of photos and fonts of which there will be three revisions included. If approval cannot be reached after three revisions to photos and fonts, the client will be trained on how to make these revisions themselves or they may choose to hire Bridal Business Solutions to continue making revisions for them at an additional cost of $125 per hour.

*A total of up to 12 testimonials, 12 featured portfolios, and 5 existing blog posts will be added to your website by Bridal Business Solutions. The client will be trained on how to upload additional testimonials, featured portfolios and blog posts themselves or they may choose to hire Bridal Business Solutions to add additional content for them at an additional cost of $125 per hour.
