WEBSITE AGREEMENT

This Agreement is between 

Alexandra Partow

(“Client”) and Bridal Business Solutions for the service of providing a custom website. 

This includes any employees, and associates, the fees charged for said services, and all details, stipulations, and restrictions.

UP TO 3 SERVICES PAGE - Services page will have same layout, but with different service information. 

SMART PORTFOLIO - Allows you to auto-generate new portfolio pages with no web editing required. 

SMART TESTIMONIALS - Allows you to add new testimonials with no web editing required. 

ABOUT - For yourself OR yourself plus your team.

Additional Website Pages & Cost:

Services pages to include a drop down with : Mitzvahs, Weddings, Corporate & Non-Profit.
Each service listed will have their own service page outlining details PLUS their own Featured Portfolio Page. The pages will have the same outline with different information, photos & copy.

Client may also choose to add a separate Gallery page which highlights a selection of photos from each category and a separate page that lists past clients and venues.

These additional pages are to be included in cost of website, with no additional charge.

The Process & Services Included

GETTING STARTED

Once this contract is signed and the initial deposit is made (see payment details below) you will be sent an intake form so that we can begin to create the direction and vision for your website.

​You will also receive an invitation from Wix to collaborate as a co-owner on the new website. Once you accept the invitation, the new site will be added to your Wix dashboard. ​ If you do not have a Wix account, you will be prompted to set up a free account. 

 

PHOTOS

The client is responsible for organizing and uploading images to the new website. Once you accept the invitation to collaborate and gain access to the site, detailed video instructions will be given on how to upload and organize your photos. ​If stock photos are to be used, it is the client's responsibility to choose stock photos and organize them just as they would their own photos. While Bridal Business Solutions is not solely responsible for choosing stock photos, we may supplement the selection of stock photos the client provides with our own. NOTE: We will ONLY use stock photos if the client indicates on their intake form that they are open to this option. ​

Organization of photos to include:

Gallery Page - The photos that the client would like featured on a general gallery page that shows a selection of their work. If more than one gallery page is to be included (ie: weddings, events, corporate, etc) all of the gallery images must be organized separately. Bridal Business Solutions is not responsible for selecting or curating images for gallery pages unless otherwise agreed upon and added to this contract. If Bridal Business Solutions is contracted to curate photos, an additional fee will apply. 

 

Featured Portfolios - The photos that are to be featured in individual featured portfolios. Each separate wedding, event, or category must be organized separately into a folder that clearly states what featured portfolio the images should be featured in (ie: Jones Wedding, Hall Wedding, etc) (ie: multicultural, destination, etc). Each folder of images must only contain those photos that are to be featured within the portfolio page of the live site. Bridal Business Solutions is not responsible for selecting or curating images for individual portfolios unless otherwise agreed upon and added to this contract. If Bridal Business Solutions is contracted to curate photos, an additional fee will apply. 

 

Logos - The logos for the company, including different variations and colors. Uploaded logos should be transparent. Please note that your logo is an integral part of your website and specific designs and colors of your logo may dictate the direction that the look of the website will take. If the client is interested in re-branding with a new logo, that logo must be provided before work on the site can begin. Bridal Business Solutions is not responsible for the creation of a new logo unless otherwise agreed upon and added to this contract. If Bridal Business Solutions is contracted to create a new logo, an additional fee will apply. 

 

About - The photos that will be added to your About page or throughout your website that highlight yourself, your staff, and/or your business location. 

 

Badges - Logos and badges from blogs, media, publications or education to be showcased on your site and/or on your About page.  

 

Testimonials - The images that will be included on your testimonial page. These images must be organized in a separate folder with each image clearly indicating which testimonial it coincides with.​​

 

Favorites - The photos that the client would like to have featured on the main pages of the website. We may also choose from other photos as well but we will start with the creative process with these particular photos.​

 

CONTENT

The client is responsible for organizing and uploading any testimonials, portfolio details, and blog posts to be added to the site. As part of the cost of your website, up to 12 featured portfolios, 12 testimonials, and 6 blog posts will be added by Bridal Business Solutions. For any additional portfolios, testimonials, and blog posts above those included, the client may choose to add the additional portfolios, testimonials, and blog posts themselves or hire Bridal Business Solutions to do this for them at an additional fee of $150 an hour. A final training session is included in the cost of your website and will cover instructions on how to add additional portfolios, testimonials, and/or blog posts. 

HOME PAGE

Once all of your photos are uploaded and organized per our instructions, we will begin to work on your Home page. Once the Home page is complete, we will send you a link to the page for you to review. Unlimited revisions to the Home page are included with the exception of images and fonts (see details below). 

 

If minor changes are required, revisions can be communicated via email. If more than minor changes are required, a 60-minute Zoom session may be scheduled. Unlimited email communication is included to discuss revisions of the HOME page. 

Up to two 60-minute Zoom sessions are included to discuss revisions to the HOME page. ​If changes cannot be communicated and made within the unlimited email communications and/or two 60-minute Zoom sessions included, additional Zoom sessions may be requested by the client at the cost of $150 per session. 

FONTS & IMAGES: Unlimited revisions are included in the cost of the website with the exception of fonts and images. If approval cannot be reached after three revisions to photos and fonts are made via email, a no-cost 60-minute Zoom session will be scheduled in which the client and Bridal Business Solutions will change out fonts and images on the site together. If approval is still not reached after three revisions PLUS the one 60-minute Zoom session, the client will be trained on how to make these revisions themselves or they may choose to hire Bridal Business Solutions to continue making revisions for them at an additional cost of $150 per hour. 

ADDITIONAL WEB PAGES

Once all revisions to the Home page have been made, we have final approval from the client and we have received all testimonials, portfolio details, and blog posts to be added, we will continue to create the additional website pages. ​

WEBSITE COPY

Bridal Business Solutions will make themselves available to guide the client in creating effective website copy. If requested, this will include one 60-minute Zoom session (at no additional charge) to narrow down the client's products, services, unique selling points, and tagline. While Bridal Business Solutions will help guide the client in the creation of website copy, it is the client's ultimate responsibility to provide the copy to be included on each page of the website. 

SEO & MOBILE OPTIMIZATION

The cost of your site includes SEO and Mobile Optimization including guidance and keyword research.

TRAINING

Once SEO and mobile optimization are done and we have final approval on the website, a 60-minute Zoom session will be scheduled to familiarize the client with their Wix dashboard and editor and how to make minor changes to the website on their own.

LAUNCHING YOUR WEBSITE

The client is responsible for connecting any existing domain name or purchasing a new domain name to the new site, however, Gina and Bridal Business Solutions will offer guidance and direction to the client on how to do this. 

SUPPORT

Gina and Bridal Business Solutions shall make themselves available for questions and support with any issues regarding their website moving forward for a minimum of 3 months. Support will be limited to the products/services provided. Any customizations or changes to the website or issues past three months after completion of the project may incur an additional charge. Wix offers 24/7 support as well for most questions you may have about your website moving forward. 

 

COMPLETION TIME

The typical completion time of a website, once all materials required are received from the client, is 4-6 weeks. However, because this timeline is dependent on several factors including (but not limited to) the client's response time, this timeline cannot be guaranteed. We will, however, do whatever we can to ensure that the website is done in the most timely manner possible. Bridal Business Solutions also agrees to keep the client updated at all times regarding the progress of their project however, it is the client's responsibility to keep track of all items needed in order to finish their project. The client will be given a client page in which they can review the progress of their job at any time.  

Bridal Business Solutions works on a "first received, first served" basis. This means that once we receive all materials and/or approval we need from you, to work on the next step of your website, your job will be added to our queue of websites we are working on. This queue and the timeline it dictates may change at any given time. It is the client's responsibility to inquire as to their position in our queue. 

Please also know that while I am very good at what I do, there may be points in the process where I do not get things 100% right on the first try. During these times, please be kind and patient and understand that this is all a part of the process. My ultimate goal is to give you a site that you love, no matter what it takes. 

CLIENT PAGE

Once you have completed your initial intake form, you will be given a link to your client page. You can visit this page at any time to review the progress of your job. 

PAYMENT DETAILS

Total Payment Due of $2400

Once contract is signed, an invoice in the amount of $1200 will be sent to the client.
Once initial payment is made, the client will be sent the intake form to start the process of designing their new website.

Final payment of $1200 is due upon final approval of the website by the client.

Co-ownership will be given to client at the start of the project. Once final payment is made, full ownership of the website will be granted to the client.

Upon the start of the website, the client will be granted co-ownership of the site. Once the final payment is made, full ownership of the website will be granted to the client.

If at any time, the client so chooses, they may pay off the amount owed and gain full ownership of the site.
